Luckily I know who bought the items so I can ask them to contact customer service themselves. But what if I didn't? I'd have to ask everyone I know if they bought me something from my wishlist and if they did then ask them to contact Amazon customer service.

they asked me to write them again from that e-mail address. It was very clear that the person didn't read my mail because it was clear in that message that it was a wish list that other people were sending me things on.

I contacted the @amazon customer service team about the issue. Giving them the details and the situation. A few hours later I got back a message that they couldn't help me because my e-mail address was not the one that originated the order.

Moving from bad user experience to effectively user-hostile and definitely making me question how much I should continue to buy things from them.

Amazon support has been getting progressively worse over the years and Amazon has made it increasingly difficult to reach them.

This is the worst user experience. As Amazon consolidates things into itself, it makes everything more opaque which means you become 100% dependant on Amazon support when things go wrong, sometimes in really unclear ways.

Since Amazon uses its own tracking numbers, I can't even see where they were delivered. As people send me screenshots of things showing "Delivered to a secure location"

Amazon bug silently resent my wishlist address to "None." However, Amazon continued to let people order from it. So everything purchased from there was delivered somewhere I guess, but not to me.

My TV has never been and will never be connected to the internet for exactly this reason.
