They decided to make the two lines. People filtered into them, then after having us stand in our line for 10 minutes, the changed the ropes, so that the people in the middle were now in the front and people in front had to rush to not be at the very back.

They have announced boarding, but seem to have abandoned priority/non-priority lines. Everyone in the boarding area is confused. The staff is just standing around talking to each ignoring everyone
